SCOTUS immigration oral arguments this week
The United States Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments regarding Arizona’s immigration law this Wednesday, April 25th. The question presented is whether federal immigration laws preclude Arizona’s efforts at cooperative law enforcement and impliedly preempt four provisions of S.B. 1070, which were enjoined by the lower courts, on their face.
